The personal data we collect or produce (process) in the context of our Sites will be stored exclusively in Italy.
Retention period
The data will be kept for the times defined by the reference legislation, which are specified below pursuant to art. 13, paragraph 2, letter (a) of the Regulation, until the reply is received, without prejudice to the possible establishment of contractual relations with the owner.
Rights of the interested party
The interested party has the right to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation that personal data concerning him or her is being processed, by writing to the e-mail address info@mytria.it or by calling +39 049 8705979 and in this case he has the right to:
obtain access to personal data, request the correction or cancellation of personal data or limitation of the processing of personal data concerning him or to oppose their treatment;
to receive personal data concerning him in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and has the right to transmit such data to another data controller (data portability);
be informed of the existence of an automated decision-making process, including profiling;
if express, withdraw the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given before the revocation;
propose a complaint to the supervisory authority (Privacy Guarantor – http://www.garanteprivacy.it/web/guest/home/docweb/-/docweb-display/docweb/4535524);
At any time the user can – without any formalities – exercise the rights referred to in the aforementioned European Regulation by contacting the Data Controller or by using the appropriate form for the request made available by the Guarantor on www.garanteprivacy.it.
Nature of the data and consequence of the failure to communicate
The provision of data by the interested party is optional, however in case of lack of consent the Data Controller will be unable to follow up on the processing operations for the purposes described above.
